Absolutely the worst phone screen I've ever had. The recruiter had no patience and was weirdly defensive. Was told I would meet the manager but it was never scheduled...definitely dodged a bullet there.

STAR questions and presentation, conflict resolution, greatest achievement, disagreement with your colleague, boss, examples working under pressure. Fairly quick process, great experience, professional interviewers. Show enthusiasm, be specific when answering questions, prepare lots of examples.
