I done the stage 1 interview with the Talent specialist. Was smooth ans structured. Interviewer was interested and prepared. As well as he was supportive.

Talent aquasition explainee Roche environment and how is it attractive.
Talent aquasition asked questions about current job and experience and how you reflect to the proposed position
Explained the benefits and the next step of the interview
Be confiedant.
Ghosted after the final round - no response even after following up multiple times. Especially since I made it out to their office which is 2 hours away from where I live. Not good.

Long, slow, not very descriptive of the real tasks. The actual job was very different with no credit for keeping the team happy and growing professionally. They just wanted google sheets to be filled and focused performance reviews on this

It was a horrible experience. If the leaders of an organisation are so self consumed, good luck with the future of this company. Kuddos to those who achieved a position but they forget to respect diversity and differences.
