Good experince overall. After initial screening with HR, I was invited for an on site interview, a short presentation and individual meetings with the team members, hiring manager and department head.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Roche (Palo Alto, CA)

Got referred internally to a hiring manager. Was contacted within a few weeks. Had 6 side by side one-to-one and two-to-one interviews, mostly one-to-one. Also included lunch-interview which was more informal. Met about 10 people.

What are your weaknesses? From an HR representative
Too long. Initially the hiring team announced the whole process until a decision would take ~3 weeks, as the application advertisement was already closed. T hen they started delaying and reopened the position adverstisement to new people, with a new round of selection process that ended up with a final decision takin >2 months.
