Ablauf in 2 Schritten: erst 30 Minutigen Telefonat mit interner Talent Aquiser, da wurden die Eckdaten abgecheckt. Dann Einladung zur Videokonferenz mit den Hiring Manager. Das zweite Gespräch: gut strukturiert, klare Vorstellung von idealen Kandidaten, klare Ansagen über den Aufgabenbereich. Sehr freundlich.

A 3-stage process; 1st round is a screening call, followed by a technical interview and a fit interview. The process took around 4-6 weeks to complete and was fairly straightforward.
