Make sure that you allow multiple days to interview. Often a 2-3 step process. Initially phone interview, then hiring agency, and last Roche manager. Always use the STAR interview process.

There were four stages: phone screening with recruiting company, recruiter interview, Roche supervisor interview, and Roche Management interview. Many behavioral questions, including a role play with a supervisor, Management is one on one and asks what you are passionate about, what your definition of integrity is etc
