The interview process felt impersonal. It’s not surprising given the size of the company and the competitiveness of the position, but the rejection email was just a generic, template-style message.

Interview
Interview process started with a 30 minute phone interview with HR focusing more of your level of interest in the company. An email was sent a week afterwards saying I passed onto 2nd rounds which was a one hour video interview with an HR representative and a manager from the finance department. This focused on situational questions and they tried to get into the heart of what motivates and drives you. Be prepared to answer many questions regarding your personal skills and how you'll act in a group. Replies were njot sent until June in which you were invited to their assessment center in Basel in July.
