I was interviewed by the regional director, then by the managing director. The process was very relaxed. Focus was on fitting into culture and how my skills could translate into the position I was interviewing for. Also took a strong interest in my goals in relation to business and where I would like to be in 5 years with my career which I thought was awesome. There were no real trick questions or anything that was out of the ordinary. Overall an enjoyable experience!

The hiring process took a few weeks. There were interviews with the department manager and managing director. There were not trick questions or anything like that. There were some questions regarding how I would fit into the RoboVent culture which should be important to every company. The job description/expectations were clear and no surprises yet! (been here 5 years now).
