Phone screens. We didn't get to the onsite stage since I withdrew from the process because no one was managing their process across the recruiting team. No one showed up for the first scheduled screen and then their team was late to the rescheduled time. I had exchanged questions regarding the Sr. PM role and another VP of Product role but no information was given as a follow-up. It was a terrible candidate experience since their Recruiting ops was not talking to each other and they weren't even knowledgable about the role and status of the pipeline. It doesn't bode well for anyone to join that chaos. They aren't even growing as fast as other Silicon Valley companies (only 3 PM reqs!) so the lack of coordination was inexcusable.
