I applied in-person. I interviewed at Robert Wayne Footwear
Interview
Short. Itâs a one on one interview sitting in the food court of the mall. It was an easy interview. They ask you easy question to answer. The only way you canât get this job is if you are a complete jerk the whole time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Wayne Footwear in Sept 2014
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick. I turned in my application on their website as well as turned in my resume in the store location I was applying at. I received a call in two weeks for an interview. The interview took about thirty minutes where the manager asked the typical questions you would expect from any interview and was asked about my strengths and weaknesses. I was offered a position a few days later
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Robert Wayne Footwear (Bellingham, WA) in Jun 2017
Interview
Manager asked me lots of questions, mostly aimed just at getting an idea of who I am and how my personality would work towards the company. She was really laidback and actually interested in getting to know me, and we actually did have some jokes popped between us. Definitely was a easy experience, very laid back, and definitely she offset any concerns or nervousness within the first couple sentences. I brought up the concern of school interfering with my hours, and she said that she'd work with me to give me the maximum amount of hours when I'm not at school and not penalizing me for my limited availability (although I said I'd work weekends and holidays which she said I didn't need obligated to do so) After the interview, which took maybe 10 minutes she said she'd call soon after they found a place for me on the team.
