I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Robert Half (Bloomington, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
After sending in my resume I got a call the next day with some initial interview questions and scheduled an in person interview. Due to mobility issues they offered to do the initial interview on Skype, which I appreciated.
During the interview, there was no mention of the specific job I had sent my resume in for, and I interviewed with a different recruiter than I had spoken to on the phone. The interview was 20 minutes long and pleasant, asking about my previous job experience and what I was looking for in a job. Afterwards, I was sent some digital legal paperwork to sign to be entered into their system and thus be available for job opportunities.
It was alright but I would definitely advice you to be prepared with notes and ready to ask questions once the interview ends. Everyone was very kind and considerate during the interview and they gave me enough time to ask questions at the end
Standard STAR method questions like "Tell me about a time you faced conflict in the workplace" and "Tell me about a time you went above and beyond." The interviewer was nice and the interview lasted around thirty minutes.
Standard interview with expected questions. Professional recruiters that followed through with what they said. Received the job offer and was hired on by the company and stayed until the pandemic.
