Question 1
how my previous experience aligned with the role i was applying to
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Robert Half (Dublin, OH) in Feb 2013
Interview
I applied for a tax position for busy season, I was contacted the next morning and scheduled an in-person interview. After going over my background my interviewer and future boss asked me if I'd be interested in an internal sales position. They like to hire sales minded individuals with Accounting experience and I ended up meeting with another Staffing Manager as well as a Branch Manager. After the interview they set up a time for me to come shadow and witness the sales process as well as meet a few more people including the Regional VP. After that meeting I received an offer.

Question 1
Do you want to stay in sales or get back into Accounting?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
