The hiring process is excessively long, with too many interviews and a challenging application. This cumbersome process discourages qualified candidates and creates a negative impression of the company. It needs streamlining.
The junior person was friendly. The senior person was unfriendly. The senior recruiter asked basic questions. They ask for your expected salary and I suggest you do not provide it. They say they will get back to you, do not take you call and do not reply.

It was quite casual in the first round; conversational and informal, dug into previous experience a bit and what I liked and didn’t like about previous roles. Comfortably advanced to the second round
