Video interview and asked about background and how you feel you would be a great fit to the company. They let you know that they will present your resume to their client and will get back to you should they chose to move forward.

How does your background set you up for success in the position applying for?
I interviewed for an Accounting Assistant position through Robert Half. The process was straightforward and professional. I first had a phone screening with a recruiter from Robert Half who asked about my experience with general accounting tasks like invoicing, data entry, reconciliations, and using software such as QuickBooks or Excel.

What accounting software are you most familiar with?
Initial call with recruiter that went over basic background information and experience. Recruiter then quickly set up an interview with the company I would be working for. That interview was an onsite with the accounting manager and cpa involving more background/behavioral questions
