Fin du process avec création d’un plan d’action sur vos 6 prochains mois
Validation de votre profil par la maison mère aux États-Unis 🇺🇸
Non vous ne postulez pas pour la NASA mais pour un simple poste de consultant en recrutement

Very short and unorganized. Did not feel very welcoming and was one of those experiences I could’ve been without. Got the feeling that this is mostly sales and not recruiting at all which was disappointing.

Pendant la demi journée d’observation on échange généralement avec plusieurs personnes de l’équipe pour avoir la possibilité d’échanger plus librement qu’avec son futur N+1
It was a 3-step interview process and was pretty quick within 2-3 days. First, I met with the hiring manager, then the Regional Manager and Director. An offer was made shortly after the last interview.
