I had prior relations with the company so I feel that my interview process may not be the same as others will experience.
I was first put in touch with the person hiring for the position which happened to be the regional manager. We talked on the phone for a while and then set up a face to face. The interview took place as scheduled. They are very professional and expect you to be polished, driven, and experienced. I highly suggest knowing about the company before interviewing. You should also have a "sales pitch" in mind and ways to gain new clients.
The interview lasted a couple hours. It ended with the manager requesting that I make several "practice" sales calls to her and leave messages as if she were a potential client. I made several different types of calls to her phone.
About a week later, I received an email saying they are looking for someone with a bit more experience. I did not hear anything else.
