They send in probably 100 applicants for aptitude tests and do not review until the end. They waste a lot of people's time that they would have basically denied had they actually reviewed resumes.

The interview was efficient and streamlined. The recruiter reached out promptly after submission. The recruiter provided guidance on interview preparation. My biggest concern was about pay discrepancies. Would likely try again for a different job posting.
