I applied through other source. I interviewed at Robert Half (Ontario, CA) in Apr 2008
Interview
Multiple interviews can easily happen somewhere around 8 to 13 some cases. Typically 2 to 3 if they are desperate. If you are a leader in your industry 2 interviews. They like the polished type of individual, solid resume, well spoken, and dress professional in the interview. They might even do some role playing if you come from the industry. A lot has to do with fitting in with the branch personality and who you will work with. I would do your homework on who your meeting with and mirrror and match
the process consisted of three rounds of interviews. initially met with the recruiter, then team manager, followed by an interview with the district manager before getting an offer. all of the were virtual, but this was also during covid

how my previous experience aligned with the role i was applying to
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Robert Half (San Jose, CA)
Interview
There was a phone screening with the Office Manager and Director. Once I passed the screening, I had to complete an in person interview with the Office Manager and the Director. Afterwards, I met the team and received an offer the same day.
Multiple in person interviews, met up for dinner with the entire team as the last portion. Very conversational, compared to hard hitting questions. Friendly team and easy to get along with.
