Roanoke College interview questions

The process took about 6 months from start to finish, and was driven solely by me. I had to continuously email and call the HR department to be able to understand where we were in the process, and the HR department was only able to give contact information to the head of the committee, who would not respond. The actual interview was a panel of six individuals and they each had a scripted question to ask, there was no time to really get to know anyone, and it seemed as if the decision was already made when the interview started.
