Interview
-Job Fair type interview.
-Prior to the interview, teachers go to a room with computers and are given an instructional situation and asked to write a lesson with differentiation.
-If you make it past the principals, you interview with the instructional coordinator. If you make it past him, you’re offered a job on the spot by HR.

How do you build relationships with your students?
Great! They were very professional and provided input about the next steps. The turn around time for communication of the selection process was quick. You will have to interview with a panel of at least 3 people but it was not stressful.
