Very relaxed interview, on site, extremely casual, it felt like the interviewer had already decided to hire me before I come in, followed shortly after by some training and then got on the job quickly after that

After a personality test and application I was invited to the store for a short interview where they asked about my experience, how previous teachers or managers would describe me, some behavioural questions and why I wanted to work there.
