      Customer Support Specialist Interview

      12 Jun 2024
      Anonymous employee
Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rix Group (Kingston upon Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in Apr 2024

      Interview

The interview process was certainly different. I knew a few members of the Fuel mate team before I started so this made things a lot calmer and easier to navigate. Another member of staff had told me about the job and as you would say 'Put a good word in for me'. I was asked to send in a CV and then was invited in for a chat with the Director and both Account Management Leaders. I had a chat about myself, my interests, and my past experiences. I was asked a few questions and given multiple scenarios. Then spoke about what they wanted to bring to the business and what my potential duties would be. I was then able to come into the business on a walk round. Spoke to a lot of the staff and spent a few hours with each of the team. Looking into what they are responsible for and the duties they have. I was the told that they would get back to me within 48 hours. I had gone into the canteen for a chat with some friends and was then pulled aside by one of the Lead Account Managers and was offered the job.
