Rivkin Radler interview questions

Called to come in for an interview. Took a test for typing and spelling on a computer that also tested your Word skills. Met with Human Resources and manager. Offered the job.

There were 3 attorneys to interview me for the role but offered no explanation into the role, Seemed to not have even read my resume prior to my arrival. Harped on proper billing and put down one of the associate attorneys that were interviewing me for their inadequate billing practices in the past. Truly do not think they wanted to be interviewing someone. After the interview they ghosted me despite following up with them immediately after with Thank you emails and following up with HR.
