1st round is a Recruiter Screening, followed by a 45 minute Hiring Manager Behavioral Interview. Afterwards there is a case study round, followed by a last one on one with an executive. Did not hear back for two weeks after behavioral interview round with the hiring manager. Emailed the recruiter and received a bounce back email stating that the recruiter had been laid off. I then directly emailed the hiring manager asking what the status of my application is -- radio silence. Nearly two months pass by, no word from recruiter or hiring manager. I had to check manually in the application portal to see that my application was finally closed i.e. they were not going to proceed further. If I'm not a good fit, I have no issues with that. But this process was borderline disrespectful. At the very least have the courtesy to provide an official rejection instead of having candidates wait on understanding next steps and basically ghosting them. Seems pretty unprofessional. Disappointing given the inspiring mission of the company -- recruiting and hiring teams should really put some more work in here.

Quick video call with HR, then panel interview with hiring manager and another manager through Zoom. If you don't have a top tier business school and went to work for a top consulting firm, don't waste your time (and I do mean TOP). They are good at being fake, don't waste people's time please.
