My interview process with Rivian was very smooth and efficient. I initially spoke with the recruiter for a general screening interview. We discussed the role, salary expectations, and scheduled a follow up interview with the hiring manager. Throughout the process I interviewed with the hiring manager, the hiring manager’s peer/counterpart, the department lead, and business function lead. Each interview was 30 mins and discussed the role and expectations in greater detail along with Q&A. The entire interview process took about a month and a half with multiple holidays happening in the midst. My recruiting contact was great at communicating before and after each interview and ensured that the process never got stagnant. I ultimately received and accepted an offer.
