Long interview process, took several months including 4 rounds of interviews from initial contact with recruiter to offer. Interviews consist of a recruiter screen, a technical screen, a technical project presented in front of a panel, then a 4 hour marathon interview with 4 different people where a number of coding challenges are presented. The interview process is just too long. Engineers who are gainfully employed do not have time for this, and if they are not employed can put afford a 3 months of interviewing before accepting a job.
