I got an email from a recruiter and they scheduled an interview with me directly.
Nobody showed up in the interview so I sent an email to the recruiter, but I had never heard back from them since then.
Rivian scheduled the interview first and no one showed up, and no one replied back.
It was the worst interview experience I had
Recruiter call
HM virtual meeting basic engineering questions about production line and equipment. And behavior questions . Not difficult just I was just not prepared as I'm just wondering how the market look

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rivian (Palo Alto, CA) in Sept 2024
Interview
Recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. Easy STAR based behavioral situations but lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.
Recruiter interview followed up by manager interview. Presentation to panel. Then individual interviews with each member followed up by a final interview with the director. Good processed though very time consuming.
