the interview steps involve first getting a behavioral interview in which they will ask about your profile, why rivian, why EVs etc. This is followed by a technical interview in which they ask about your projects and some technical questions. The last round is a panel interview in which you have to present a technical topic followed by 2 interviews of 45 minutes each
