Scheduled multiple interviews with several HR representatives. Lack of follow-up and closure for candidates. Seems highly pretentious and closed off. Also seems like they are in a rush to grow.

Was told that they are only hiring to "woke" standards and that positions will stay unfilled even if qualified candidates apply but aren't..."right" for optics. Good luck with that.
Easy enough interview but as others have said the employees seem to have very little experience in automotive lifestyle. Clearly just happy they are there, not sure how they got in, and no understanding of the larger automotive world. Then like so many, ghosted.

Intense, multi step interview process in which I met many people. Had a good idea who I'd be working with-and in what ways- by the end of the process. Prepare for a long day and a road to hire that is highly variable.
