They inform you they won’t be paying you hourly, it’s a 1099 and you’ll be responsible for your FICA taxes, expenses, travel, training, etc. They don’t provide enough information on the market, how hard it is to make the sales, what the average contract price is or what commission you’ll earn off that price, etc. They do tell you you’ll earn residuals from your sales at about $30 per month per sale for four years but that doesn’t tell you much if you’re lucky to make 1 sale a month.

It was a typical sales info session where they tell you the position is commission based then ask you when you can start training. I was in a group of about 5 prospects with whom I assume would be my team manager.
