Very smooth. Multiple rounds that asked some specific questions pertaining to contract drafting experience. All the team members were understanding, kind, and were curious about me. They seemed truly interested in me as a person, more than just someone who would be an employee.

What is your experience with drafting and negotiating contracts?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Riverside Insights
Interview
Everybody seemed very angry, irritable, and rude. One person didn't even bother to show up during my second round interview. Apparently, there are a lot of deadlines, but they decided to take it out on me.
I applied online. I interviewed at Riverside Insights in Apr 2025
Interview
3 rounds....one of which was TWO HOURS LONG (the audacity to ask for 2 hours is insane to me) that consisted mostly of what I perceived to be intellectual and expertise robbery - but it was actually ok because the conversation flowed beautifully and really enjoyed who I was speaking with, who would have been my boss. However....the last round was with the "general manager" - who you could tell thought a lot of himself and asked questions that had NOTHING to do with my experience or how it applies to the job, but rather felt the time was better served to ask curveball questions as if this was google. Dumb.
