Interview process took over two months (total of 7 interviews). I made it to the 5th round. Company would go radio silence for weeks, then contact me and say they were still interested, But really, they were just stringing me along, until they found exactly what they were looking for. Transparency through the whole process is all I wanted regardless of the outcome, but i didn't receive that.
