Interview
The Activities Director was incredibly friendly and personable. She reached out to me quickly after I submitted an application and very engaging with me during the interview. Was very willing to accommodate to what I may need to help me do the job to the best of my ability. It was an in person interview.
Fantastic transparency and communication compared to other processes. Very upfront and clear with me throughout the process. Typically internships are a headache to apply interview for and this one was not.
