River Valley Health interview questions

Interview was via Zoom with the hiring Director. The Director was very pleasant and we talked about my previous experiences, interests, and what made me want to work with Cherokee Health. She gave me the chance to ask any questions and was very transparent about the job and company, while also sharing her thoughts and experiences about her roles with Cherokee. I felt very comfortable with the process. She then scheduled a time via Zoom where she introduced me to the COO and and let her offer more information and she answered my questions as well.

Easy interview process. First interview was solo and second interview was with two supervisors. Questions were easy and focused on past experience and level of comfort working with trauma and/high needs clients.
