Interview
We were required to book a date to attend a recruitment event. I attended mine and there a good 20 people in the staff room where the event took place. We were required introduce ourselves and then required to work as a team and answer 3 sets of questions about the company and the customer service.
In my interview we did not do any physical activities and the event was rather... boring?

Interview
Group interview of around 15. First task was saying your name a bit about you out loud, just general information it seems like name age what you do. Then the second task was writing down good customer service and bad customer service in your little group and reading it out to the group. During this, they are checking to see what you say, but try not to talk over anyone but definitely stand out. The second task was getting clothes from the shop floor presenting your outfit and explaining your choice. I don’t believe they cared too much about your previous experience but rather your personality.

Fine, questions not always relevant but seems like a personality test I suppose. Nice enough interview in general. Quite quick interview, didn’t end up getting the job though , oh well

Interview
Interviewer was very nice and created a relaxed atmosphere. Questions weren't vague and helpful to help me along with the answers. Staff seemed friendly and i look forward to my position here.
