I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at River Island in May 2019
Interview
I applied online and a few day later I was sent an email giving me the opportunity to book a place at a group interview. The first thing manager asked for was our availability and how we planned to travel to the shop if we got the job. We then played the game two truths and a lie and after we were asked to discuss what we thought is good and bad customer service. The final question asked about why we wanted to work for River Island.
You could tell they were mostly looking at how people interacted with the rest of the group so make sure you're confident and you speak up. Don't worry if you have limited retail experience because as long if you're flexible with working hours and you speak up at the interview then you'll easily get the job

Interview
Pretty simple, wanted to know about availability, any previous experience within the retail industry and what about the company I knew about. Had some basic experience questions that the star technique comes in handy for!

Interview
My interview was done online with an ai bot who asks you questions. I answered them but I don’t think the questions are the same for everyone. But I did my best and in my opinion interviews online is better than face to face.
