A screening phone call with talent acquistion asking many behavioral interview questions. "Tell me about a time when"... In person interview with the hiring manager who has a form to fill out from HR with 4-5 questions about scenerios and experience. More "tell me about a time when you handled a tense negotiation" , "tell me about your greatest sales accomplishment"
