It was one interview that was very straight forward and they look for those who are passionate about hospitality. Even without prior experience if you’re willing to learn they’ll accept you and help you grow.
Personality Question mostly. First Call from HR and then with the department head. Final Interview with Director of F&B. Same questions different verbiage every time. Lot of scenario question. They would repeat the question if you would not understand. All Interview were right on time even though from different countries.

Professional and very detailed. The Hiring manager goes through some behavioral questions and past experiences. Very good manner from the hiring manager following set high standard that makes you feel comfortable.

I applied in person and then was told to start working the next week. I didn’t have much experience but I got the job through a referral by a friend. During the interview I was asked a lot of questions about wine and proper fine dining etiquette.
