First they told me they had chosen someone else. Then they came back and offered me a chance, but I had to pass a one hour skill test. Did that and they sent me a link to schedule a phone interview but no time slots they offered me were actually available. They finally scheduled me in for the interview, where they asked some questions and said they'd get back to me in a day or 2 with the next step. Then they proceeded to ghost me. Not worth the hoops they expect candidates to jump through.
