Had a brief phone call with recruiter who set up an in person interview with the hiring manager. Only the one interview, told me more about the role and the team etc. asked some questions about me and my background, and answered questions I had.

Interview
Met with several hiring management and took a skills test. Second interview talked with departments senior management . Somewhat able to negotiate for starting salary but they would not move at all on paid time off.
