Sit down, ask a little bit about yourself and why you want to work at Rite Aid. The manager and I got along very well. He was easy to talk to, he helped me set up my hours around my school, and encouraged me to work there.
Standard interview process. Asked about myself and my experience. Typical questioning about pharmacy background. Wasn’t very long process. Went well no complaints that I can remember. Thank you very much.

A short 5-10 minute interview with the pharmacist manager. They may ask you about your math capabilities, but overall short. No multiple rounds or excessive prying of the candidate. Overall, quite simple.
