I was interviewed. I do not want to do this and I think that it is absurd that I am forced to do this just to access some features. I was interviewed about 2 yrs ago I do not remember much and I don't care to.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Rite Aid in May 2011
Interview
I had worked for Rite Aid as a part time associate for about three years. I wanted to boost my resume so I applied to be a part time shift supervisor. I had to have the consent of store management and an interview with HR and the District Manager. My store management knew me very well and backed me all the way. the interview with HR and DM was very simple.... basic leadership and personality questions. Both were very nice but emphasized the importance of the position I was being given at a fairly young age.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rite Aid
Interview
Only one interview was conducted, with the store manager. Drug test and background check were required. Standard interview questions--nothing complex, no logic or math assessments were required to be completed.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rite Aid (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Simple and easy. Average, typical interview questions. very casual and comfortable. Met with the regional manager and answered 4-5 questions. discussed availability and expected job duties and responsibilities as well as pay.
