Interview
A fair process, which was managed by Riskified very rapidly and efficiently, with complete transparency. The process involved having a few separate interviews, spread over a period of a couple of weeks. Interviewed by: A. A senior team member. B. The team's leader. C. The director of the department. D. HR. During my interview process, my technical skills were examined by the relevant stakeholders, in various ways, such as on-call technical test, home assignments and presentations.

1. Screening call over the phone with recruiter.
The screening interview was about:
- My last job experience
- In my earlier experience how I resolved an integration system issue.
- Experience working with API.
- Recruiter gave me more information about the position and benefits.
2. Take-home assignment with flexible deadline.
The take-home assignment had two questions:
Q1. Draft an email responding a client complaint who had an issue with the system because it do not let them cancel some transactions. They atteched an example of the system log, the log showed the reason of the issue. The email drafted should pointed the reason of the issue and provide a solution or next steps.
Q2. a large client send an email to Riskified ponted a lot issues on the onboarding process. The response email should give a solution to this situation and provide a way to avoid the situation happend again.

Interview
1) Screening call over the phone with recruiter
2) Take-home assignment with flexible deadline
3) 30-minute Zoom call with hiring manager to assess past experience working with APIs
4) 1.5-hour technical case interview over Zoom with the hiring manager
All in all a pleasant experience. It's quite a long process but the communication between interviews was good. Didn't make it past the case study interview, which I felt could've been a little better formatted and worded, but the case study was a fair assessment of how candidates stack up for the Integrations Engineer job.
Feedback upon receiving notice that we wouldn't be moving forward was provided, but it was a little lacking. At least there was an honest effort at providing feedback, which a lot of companies don't do.
