I applied for an entry level position as a new grad and the process went smoothly. After a phone screen, I was scheduled for an onsite interview. They had good location and nice working environment. The interviewers were all nice and knowledgeable. This was one of the most enjoyable interview experiences I have ever gone through.

Applied through their website. There are 3 rounds: HR, phone screening, and an onsite. Although the interviewers were nice, they took ages to get back about the results. Very unprofessional.

For the phone screening interview they ask about your previous experience and some generic technical questions. For onsite they ask Leetcode style medium level questions.

Contacted me through email.First Finish the Coding challenge on Hackerrank .Then tell him the compensation expectation.I finished the challenge ,I think I definitely passed the coding challenge. But after two hours challenge the recruiter told me we don't have same salary expectations so we can't move forward. How bad this experience would be? you waste two hours and they told you a result that you might know way much earlier.
