      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (Sydney) in May 2023

      Interview

It all started off on a good note where the recruiter was moving things fast and seamlessly. I had 4 rounds of interviews: 1. Recruiter screen - was an average chat. She was more focused on role alignment literally reading from a JD. 2. Hiring Manager Interview - This one was b2b with 2 different people. The manager this role reports to and the Head of Imp. Both were very sound in terms of expectations. It was a good one I can say. 3. Panel Presentation - This one was the least rated. I initially had 4 people from the interview attending the presentation but on the day of this interview, two of them declined and ended up with just 2 teammates in the interview. I surely did a terrific job with my presentation because they wouldn't have expected me to come up with my previous product for a demo. I made the deck with an Implementation lifecycle in general, what stage the imp is currently at, and a demo of the product. I was asked questions that were OK for the most part. Ended the session well. Was slightly overtime which I cautioned a few times during the presentation and the panel was ok to spend extra mins. Finished it in a nice way and then the outcome is "You spent overtime on your presentation. We need someone with good time management skills". I was shocked to hear this when HR came back to me. I felt they were just making up some excuse to get me out of the interview in the first place. There was no reason to flag a time management issue tbh. If that was the case, Why didn't the panel flag time sensitivity when the presentation was ongoing or when I flagged it a few times during the session? Didn't the panel know what they were assessing candidates on?

      Question 1

There were mostly about the role and I nailed them for a fact that my exp with in Onboarding or Implementation is extensive.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling (Texas City, IL) in Apr 2026

      Interview

The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
