Interview
The interview process was great - seamless and quick. Rippling moves fast and it shows in the interview process. There were 4 rounds including a role play exercise (mock call) in the 4th round. The first round was with a recruiter, second round with a manager. Third round with a senior manager. Fourth round was with a senior manager which included the role play exercise. The recruiter will be a helpful guide and resource throughout to help you prepare as you progress through each round.

It was quick and efficientely run. The recruiter was pretty hands off and did not have much involvement or interest in helping. Would often not respond to emails. The interviews were easy if you prepared.
had a very disappointing experience during my recent interview process at Rippling. The recruiter was completely distracted throughout the entire interview, never once looked at the camera, and seemed more interested in looking around than engaging with me. The process involved four rounds of interviews, but the overall experience was unprofessional and disorganized.
What was most frustrating was discovering through a LinkedIn post that someone else had been offered the job. When I asked the recruiter or hiring team about it, I received no response.
Overall, I would highly advise caution if considering opportunities with Rippling. The interview process was unprofessional and unresponsive, which raises concerns about the company's internal culture and communication. Avoid if you value a respectful and engaging interview experience.

3 Step interview process. 1. HR Screening, 2. SDR Manager Interview 3. In Person Interview with two SDR Leaders/Sales leaders. Then afterwards there was an SDR meet with people that worked there.
