I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Riot Games (Santa Monica, CA)
Interview
They are very picky about who they want so the interview process can take some time in order to filter out the exact individuals they want.
I started off as a freelancer for them, after working a few months with them i was asked to come over for onsite interview, it's all been great so far,the full day interview which was on site was a bit tricky since i had a very sore throat that day from a bad cold and you'll haft to talk a lot but they were very friendly, since i am from Europe and based on my limited university education the visa i am able to get will take 1 year for it to finish before i can relocate on site, but will be working remotely until then, so excited!
