I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Riot Games
Interview
The application process is definitely long. It took around a month to get a response from the hiring team. The first interview was by someone from the publishing team. I can tell right away that she is really good with interviews. It was basic behavior questions to get to know you and introduce the position. The second interview was more technical. I can tell the person interviewing knows his stuff in the publishing field. But clearly, he does not know how to interview and is not that great with the questionings. He was all over the place with his questions. We ended up talking about another game other than League the whole time. I was thrown off by his random questions. I assumed we would be talking about League only. So be prepare for these random interviewers. Don't expect all of them to be the same. The questions he asked were pretty much for a Brand Manager. Not for someone just applying for a associate position. I understand he is very smart and would like to show it. But don't do that in an interview. Overall the experience balanced out. Great recruiters, but meh hiring managers. If the hiring manager can relax a bit and talk out the questions and not just ask one question after another it will definitely be a better experience.

For full-time roles, there will be at least six interviewers. Ensure you brush up on the company values and follow the guide on their website. Be honest when you don't know the answer and do your best to prep ahead of time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Riot Games (Singapore)
Interview
A marathon that lasts months and many interviews before you will receive an offer. I heard you don’t need to be a gamer to join. Just make sure you don’t lie about it because they will probably ask questions about it.
Applied, got a call 2 weeks later
Passed screening, the recruiter was helpful and definitely experienced
Then comes the first interview.... the interviewer was definitely inexperienced and the questions he asked were straight up word for word from an indexed list
When I asked him questions towards the end about the state of Riot's internal infrastructure, he described it basically as a "clown-fiesta"
Dude's got a PhD and couldn't even answer the most basic business questions, lol
Every evidence online and the interview process points to the obvious future of "career suicide"
Don't waste your time here and apply elsewhere
