It was a pleasant interview. I trusted Linda Rios and she offered me a position on the spot. We spoke about our families. What the position involved. Asked how I felt about swearing in the work place. Asked about attendance and travel porblems. I felt comfortable and wanted to work for her firm. She said I would be suited in the litigation department rather than prelitigation department.

Met with the attorneys and staff at their office. Got an opportunity to meet current staff. Friendly interview with on point questions. Seemed genuinely interested in seeing if there was a good mutual fit.
