The interview questions were not hard, the disappointing thing is that after the first few rounds and all of the time that you have invested in preparing, making yourself available at last minute and fitting entirely around their schedule is the severe lack of communication. Nobody got back to me even after I called for an update and feedback. Throughout the process the silence and lack of information you get about the job, the company, its values and business trajectory does not inspire confidence in the management.
