I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RingCentral (San Mateo, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
Horrible - horrible- horrible. Interviewed starting in Jan - ending in April - Interviewed with 13 people - yes, you heard right - 13!!! I was told I'd be getting an offer, weeks later I was told the CFO wants to meet me. Met him (interesting interview; to say the least) - the CFO wanted me to meet with 2 more people whom I'd already interviewed with. Just seriously crazy and a true nightmare experience. Mgr called again to let me know they were working on an offer..a week later to call back that the head of recruiting won't sign the paperwork. I told him thank you, but no thank you. Your left hand is not talking to your right hand. So glad it didn't work out.

Interview
I applied online and hear back about a day later from a recruiter who called me and asked more in depth questions about my resume. After that, HR contacted me to set up an interview with a hiring manager. The interview was easy and the hiring manager was very nice but after that, I never heard back. I sent a follow up email to HR asking for the timeline of the hiring process and she completely ghosted me. Very unprofessional! At least have the decency to tell applicants if they got the job or not.

Tell me about a difficult situation you dealt with at school or at work
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RingCentral (Denver, CO)
Interview
Had a bunch of interviews which I felt great about, they even told me I was the one basically. Then I waited weeks with me communication for the recruiter, and when I’d reach out she would give me a day she was going to follow up and then not follow through. Employers who don’t treat their candidates like customers are rude. There should be constant communication even if it’s a “we are still in the process.” Do I really want to work for someone who doesn’t value my time or the time of others?
